Forget boring gym workouts:
The workouts are designed to break you out of your routine: they'll give you new ideas for your workout and reveal what you're really capable of when you train with others.
The program is structured to offer you both an intense workout and time to enjoy Cervia and the Romagna region.
The days are structured around a light morning wake-up call (7:00) , a morning workout (9:00-10:30) and an afternoon workout (15:30-17:30) .
In the meantime, we have lunch and in the evening we gather for dinner. For those who wish, we also organize a small gathering before dinner, with stretching or a relaxing game of basketball , a perfect way to recharge and spend time together.
Thursday 23.4. – Arrival
Morning flight to Bologna and transfer to Cervia (approximately 1 hour). In the afternoon, you can choose between a light initial workout or a relaxing walk around Cervia. Those who wish can also run the tour.
Friday, April 24 – Start of training.
The morning begins with a Morning Glory run on the beach. This is followed by a morning workout in the gym and on the sandy beach. After lunch, an afternoon workout with functional exercises. The day concludes with dinner and some healthy fun.
Saturday, April 25 – Day trip
Light Morning Glory and morning functional training. Afterwards, we head out on a day trip (for a fee): options include San Marino, Ravenna, Cattolica, or the mountain village of Bertinoro, where we'll have lunch and free time. In the evening, return to Cervia, dinner, and the option of heading to Milano Marittima for some nightlife.
Sunday, April 26 – Long run and evening training
The day begins with a longer, more voluntary morning run along the beach and through the pine forest, led by our local friend. After lunch, an evening workout is planned.
Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28 – Routine and rhythm
Both days follow the familiar rhythm: Morning Glory before breakfast, morning workout at the gym and on the beach, lunch at the hotel and afternoon workout.
Before dinner, a small gathering for those who wish.
Wednesday, April 29 – Training and final moments
The day follows the usual schedule: Morning Glory, morning workout, and lunch. In the afternoon, a final training session before dinner: the perfect end to a training holiday.
Thursday, April 30
Breakfast and departure for a goodbye until the next escape training week.
